Visit Greene County Auditor Real Estate Search and enter your name as Lastname Firstname (e.g. Fischer Carl). Note there's no comma.
If that doesn't work well, you can search by Address here: Greene County Auditor Real Estate Search. But that tends to be more complicated to guess the right way to split up your address.
Your home should show up. Click it.
On the Lefthand side, click "Levy Distribution," You should get a pie chart like this:
Click the "Show Amounts" toggle if you want to see it in dollars. Depending on where you live, the school may be a larger or smaller fraction of your total property taxes.
Scrolling down a little further and you can see the breakdown of school taxes by levy. Remember, "Emergency" levies do not mean we had an emergency. They're a poor choice of names for something routinely used to fund education.
Note: Emergency Levies pass with a fixed dollar amount, so each year as your home value appreciates or more homes are built, your tax rate decreases. This also means that your schools must operate without adjustments for inflation costs.
For more details on how these numbers are calculated, our treasurer, Joy Kitzmiller, has assembled a brief instructional page on the district website: School Finance University | Beavercreek City Schools.
